Delivery rates within the Netherlands

• The delivery rate for the Netherlands is 3,50 euro.

Delivery time within the Netherlands

• When products are on stock, delivery will take place within 2 working days. In most cases, it is delivered on the next day. Orders have to be placed before 16.00 hour. We will send an email with tracking details, so you can track the shipment.

Exceptions are:

• Payment by Invoice
• If the order can not be delivered within 2 days, because a product is not in stock then we will inform you within two working days at the new expected delivery time. If this is a problem for the customer, the customer can cancel the purchase immediately. If the customer agrees, the new expected delivery will be. Any payments will be in case of dissolution as soon as possible, but refunded within 14 days after notification to the buyer.

• When you have a company outside the Netherlands, please fill in your company name and VAT number so the prices will be calculated without VAT.

• Delivery to Belgium and Germany is only 5,50 euro. The weight is not important so we don't care if you buy 1 duck or 1000 delivery will stay the same..
